Centrally located just a short walk from Church Street, UVM, Champlain College, and Burlington’s beautiful Lake Champlain waterfront.

All rooms have private bathrooms, queen size beds, free wifi, cable TV, and air-conditioning. All rooms come stocked with a free continental breakfast consisting of local organic yogurt, granola, cheese, crackers, as well as cereal bars, coffee, and tea.

Pet Policy: While guest pets are not permitted, the owners have a friendly resident dog who lives in the private owners’ area of the property and may occasionally greet guests outdoors.
