Cancellations must be made within 14 days or you will be charged for the total amount of the stay. If we are able to refill the reservation, we will refund that portion of the stay minus one night’s deposit.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
We have four rooms:
Guest Room (sleeps two, can sleep up to four if expanded)
Has a private entrance, gas fireplace and original mantle. The Guest Room can be expanded to include an adjoining room that has a queen-size sleeper sofa. Located on the main floor.
The room is stocked with local organic yogurt, granola, cereal bars, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh whole fruit.
Private bath, queen-size bed, wifi, air conditioning, and premium cable television.
Suite (sleeps up to three)
It has a separate bedroom, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, sitting area with queen-size sleeper sofa-bed, and private porch off of the kitchen. Accessed by a private exterior stairway, one flight up.
The kitchen is stocked with local organic yogurt, granola, cereal bars, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh whole fruit.
Private bath, queen-size bed, wifi, air conditioning, and premium cable television.
Master Bedroom (sleeps up to three)
The room is larger overall, with a larger bathroom, walk-in closet and separate lounge with a single sleeper sofa-bed. Accessed by an interior staircase, one flight up.
We offer a continental breakfast on the second floor landing outside of your bedroom consisting of local organic yogurt, granola, cereal bars, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh whole fruit.
Private bath, queen-size bed, wifi, air conditioning, and premium cable television.
Lakeview (sleeps two)
It has lots of light and a great view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Accessed by an interior staircase, one flight up.
We offer a continental breakfast on the second floor landing outside of your bedroom consisting of local organic yogurt, granola, cereal bars, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh whole fruit.
